Order Online : using our secure server (fastest option)

1.  To place an order online, click on any product image.
2.  Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize   
your order.

Buying from us is fast and secure. For every item, there will be a click to order
button.  This button adds the item to your shopping bag.  Putting something in your
shopping bag does not commit you to buying it.  After you put something in your
shopping bag, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via email and will include your order
number.  Please include your order number for all future correspondence with
Casual Barn International, Inc.  

How We Protect You
Shopping at www.casualbarn.com is safe and guaranteed.  Your credit card
information and personal information including credit card number, name, and
address, are encrypted when you order via our secure site so that it cannot be read
as the information travels over the Internet.  The encryption process takes the
characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely
transmitted over the Internet.

Payment Options
Our secure checkout will calculate your order total, taxes, and shipping charges and
will give you the choice to pay via Major Credit Card.

We safely accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card via our
secure order site.   

Privacy Policy
Our mailing list is proprietary.  WE will not sell your name, address, phone number
and/or credit card information to any third party for any purpose.  Please refer to our
Privacy policy for more details regarding your privacy rights and privileges.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of California. California law
requires that we charge a sales tax of 8.75% of the total order amount . By law,
charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must be
included when sales are calculated.

Shipping Information
We ship via USPS(United State Post Office) . Once your order has been processed
and shipped out. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your package.
You may go to USPS website to track your package.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for
any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your
unused article of merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return
All items must be returned in their original condition.  All tags must still be attached to
the product. Before sending your article of merchandise back to us, please make
sure that all of the following conditions have been satisfied.  We do not refund
shipping and handling charges.

We offer one time free shipping for size exchange.

Please note that due to the nature of genuine leather products, there may be some
differences in the actual texture and color received from what is shown in the photo.

Domestic Orders

The article you wish to return or exchange :
•  all exchanges and returns must use USPS standard ground shipping.
•  must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
•  must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
•  must be sent in its original packaging
•  must be received by Casual Barn within 30 business days from the date of delivery;
•  must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must
be returned to us at the same time; and
•  customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  

International Orders
The article you wish to return: .
•  must be shipped via UPS, FEDEX or DHL
•  must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
•  must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
•  must be sent in its original packaging
•  must be received by Casual Barn within 30 business days from the date of delivery;
•  must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must
be returned to us at the same time; and
•  Customer pays all SHIPPING and HANDLING charges for Returns

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund your order value net of the
original order handling fees and original order shipping costs.

We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions
indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within
thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your
merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it
was received by Casual Barn International Inc. If you do not request the return of
your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Casual Barn International, Inc., will be
entitled to dispose of such merchandise at its sole discretion.

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of
your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to
make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing
cycles from the date of return.

Your return must be sent to us via USPS Standard Group shipping for Domestic
Orders Only.  For International Orders, you may return your item using UPS or Fedex
or DHL or any other major shipping carrier.   By doing so, you will allow us to track
your return shipment.  We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your
merchandise when you ship your merchandise back to us.  Returns must satisfy all
return conditions to be eligible for a refund net of original shipping and handling
charges.
